Shipping
Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee is $20 throughout Quebec. Oramood reserves the right to adjust this price at any time. For orders outside Quebec, the shipping fee will appear in your shopping cart. You may also contact us for more information by emailing hello@oramood.com.
Delivery Time:
Unless in exceptional cases, such as during the holiday season, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Oramood is not responsible for any delays, as delivery times are based on our delivery partners' forecasts.
Warranty
Warranty Duration:
Oramood offers a one-year warranty on all its products. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, missing parts, or any malfunctions that do not result from improper use of the product.
Basic Warranty Conditions (1 Year)
Warranty Eligibility:
The warranty applies only to Oramood products purchased directly from our company. To be eligible for the warranty, the customer must present valid proof of purchase.
Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must send a detailed email to hello@oramood.com. The claim email must include the following information:
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's phone number
- Order number from your confirmation
- Detailed description of the product's problem or defect
Response Time:
The Oramood team commits to contacting the customer within a maximum of 48 business hours upon receipt of the claim.
Resolution Plan:
After reviewing the claim, the Oramood team will work with the customer to establish a resolution plan. This plan may include product repair, replacement of the defective product, or refund of the purchase, at Oramood's discretion.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, negligence, poor maintenance, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, accidents, or any misuse of the product.
Legal Rights:
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal rights under applicable law.

This warranty policy is effective from the date of the product’s initial purchase and is subject to change by Oramood without notice. Customers are encouraged to regularly check our website or contact us for the latest version of the warranty policy.
Return Procedure:To initiate a return, please begin by contacting us via the Contact Us section. Include the reason for the return, your contact information, and your availability, so we can respond within a maximum of 48 hours. Please note that the transportation costs for the return will be the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to return in the package, along with the return form.

The extended warranty is valid for the period specified on the "Your Ora Fireplace for Life" form.
Warranty Exclusions:
The extended warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, negligence, accidents, or any use not in accordance with the product manual.
Claim Procedure:
In case of a claim, please contact our customer service by providing the completed "Your Ora Fireplace for Life" form, proof of purchase, and complete details on the nature of the claim.
Communication Acceptance:
By activating this extended warranty, the user agrees to receive communications from us. They can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in our communications.
Friend Referral:
The user also agrees to refer us to a friend. By doing so, the referred friend will receive an invitation to purchase an Ora fireplace. The user must provide the referred friend’s details in the "Your Ora Fireplace for Life" form.
Oramood Product Usage
At Oramood, our clients' safety, particularly that of children, is our top priority. We design our products as decorative and ambient items, but it is essential to follow these guidelines to ensure safe use:
Product Recipient:
Oramood products are not intended for use as toys. They are exclusively designed as decorative and ambient items for indoor spaces. Parents or responsible adults must take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of children around Oramood products.
Product Placement:
Oramood fireplaces are designed to be placed against a wall to prevent any movement around them. It is highly recommended to explain to the child that the product is not a toy but rather a place for rest, creativity, reading, etc.
Assembly and Installation:
The assembly and installation of Oramood products must be performed by an adult following the instructions in the user manual provided with the product. Be sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper installation.
Specific Risks:
Cut Risk - For the Nordik and Origine fireplaces, there is a risk of cuts on the edges of the pipes. It is strongly recommended to wear gloves when inserting the pipes into the fireplace and to explain to the child not to handle them.
Splinter Risk - Some wooden components may have splinters. Be vigilant and feel free to use an abrasive to soften certain surfaces if necessary.

Oramood Subscription General Terms
By subscribing to the Oramood app, the user acknowledges acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Acceptance of Terms:
The user acknowledges and agrees to subscribe to the paid subscription at the rate indicated at the time of subscription. They understand that the subscription will automatically renew at the indicated price, which may differ from the initial price.
Access to Exclusive Content:
In exchange for the subscription, Oramood commits to providing the user with access to exclusive content aimed at entertainment and relaxation.
Unsubscription:
To unsubscribe from the Oramood subscription, the user can use one of the following methods:
- Manage their subscription via Apple or Google, which are our intermediaries for managing the paid subscription.
Modification of Terms:
Oramood reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription at any time. Users will be informed of any modifications via notifications or announcements on the Oramood website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the general terms to stay informed of updates.
Personal Data Protection:
Oramood is committed to protecting the user's personal data confidentiality in accordance with its privacy policy. The privacy policy details are available on the Oramood website.
