In addition, Ora offers a subscription that gives you access to an application with exclusive audio content, as well as a paper magazine distributed at regular intervals, three times a year. We are convinced that this content will inspire you, entertain you and contribute to your well-being.

Delivery


Delivery rate:
The delivery rate is $10 everywhere in Quebec. Ora reserves the right to adjust the price at any time. For orders outside of Quebec, the costs will be displayed in the shopping cart, you can also contact us to find out more by writing to us at hello@oramood.com.

Delivery time :
Barring exceptional cases, such as the approach of the holidays, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Ora is not responsible for any delays, the times announced are based on the forecasts of our delivery providers.


Ora guarantee

Duration of the Warranty:
Ora offers a one-year warranty on all its products. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, missing parts, or any malfunction that does not result from improper use of the product.

Warranty Conditions

Guarantee Eligibility:
The warranty only applies to Ora products purchased directly from our company. To be eligible for warranty, customer must present valid proof of purchase.

Complaint Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the customer must send a detailed email to the following address: hello@oramood.com. The complaint email must include the following information:

- Customer's first and last name
- Customer phone number
- Order number which can be found in your confirmation
- Detailed description of the problem or defect of the product

Response time:
The Ora team undertakes to contact the customer within a maximum of 48 working hours from receipt of the complaint.

Resolution Plan:
After reviewing the complaint, the Ora team will work with the customer to establish a plan to resolve the issue. This plan may include repair of the product, replacement of the defective product, or refund of the purchase, at Ora's discretion.

Exclusions from the Warranty:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, accidents or any misuse of the product.

Legal Rights:
This warranty does not affect the customer's legal rights under applicable law.

This warranty policy is effective from the date of initial purchase of the product and is subject to change by Ora without notice. Customers are encouraged to regularly check our website or contact us for the most current version of the warranty policy.

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please first contact us via the Contact Us section. Indicate the reason for the return, your contact information and your availability, so that we can respond to you within 48 hours maximum. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Be sure to include the item(s) you wish to return in the package, along with the returns form(s).

Use of Ora Products

At Ora, the safety of our customers, especially children, is our top priority. We design our products to be decorative and atmospheric objects, but it is essential to follow the following guidelines to ensure safe use:

Recipient of the Products:
Ora products are not intended to be used as toys. They are designed exclusively as decorative and atmospheric objects for interior spaces. It is the responsibility of parents or responsible adults to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of children in the presence of Ora products.

Location of Products:
Ora fireplaces are designed to be placed against a wall so as to avoid any movement around them. It is strongly recommended to explain to the child that the product is not a toy, but rather a place for rest, creativity, reading, etc.

Assembly and Installation:
Assembly and installation of Ora products must be carried out by an adult in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual supplied with the product. Be sure to follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper installation.

Specific Risks:
Cut Risk - For Nordik and Origine fireplaces, there is a risk of cuts on the edges of the pipes. It is strongly recommended to wear gloves when inserting the pipes into the fireplace and to explain to the child that they must not handle them under any circumstances.

Splinter Risk - Some wooden components may have splinters. Be vigilant and do not hesitate to use an abrasive to soften certain surfaces if necessary.

Oramood Subscription General Conditions

By subscribing to the Oramood application, the user acknowledges that he accepts the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance of the Terms:
The user acknowledges and agrees to subscribe to the paid subscription at the price indicated during subscription. It understands that the subscription will automatically renew at the price indicated, which may differ from the original price.

Access to Exclusive Content:
In return for the subscription, Ora undertakes to provide the user with access to exclusive content which aims to entertain and relax.

Ora Magazine by Post:
The user undertakes to provide a valid postal address to receive the Ora magazine by post, in accordance with the terms of the subscription.

Unsubscribe:
To unsubscribe from the Oramood subscription, the user can use one of the following methods:

- Go through the management of your subscription via Apple or Google, who are our intermediaries for managing the paid subscription.

Modification of the Terms:
Ora reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription at any time. Users will be informed of possible changes through notifications or announcements on the Ora website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of updates.

Protection of personal data :
Ora is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the user's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. Details of the privacy policy are available on the Ora website.
